Pneumococcal vaccination for adults: Is it time to switch?

To the conjugate vaccine, that is, especially now that the 13-valent vaccine is available. It is much more effective in preventing pneumococcal disease than its weak sister the polysaccharide vaccine, whose major role is the enhancement of hospital report cards.
