RBBB and acute coronary syndrome

RBBB is a marker of risk in ACS and may, to the inexperienced observer, obscure the diagnostic electrocardiographic findings. The topic is reviewed in a recent issue of the American Journal of Emergency Medicine. Interesting tracings are provided along with a helpful discussion of concordant and discordant ST and T changes.
